Over the last few years we have been shifting our ideas of what a good life looks like. Making new lifestyle choices. Redefining success. Prioritising what really matters. Health and Happiness definitely topped my list. And if you are here reading this, I guess you feel the same.

Without health, how do you enjoy the wondrous things around you. You want to play with your children and grandchildren. You want to enjoy long walks in nature. You want the energy to thrive in what you do.

Happiness is derived from the level at which you appreciate your life. How you feel when fully aligned and engaged in life. How connected you feel with your world and those in it.

I know that my level of happiness increased as I made these shifts. I accepted that only I could make the decision to make a change in my life. Deciding to put my health first was the foundation stone. With more energy and mental clarity, everything else started to fall into place

You know what you need to do.

You probably know what you need to do better than anyone else. I appreciate that sometimes its hard to listen to your own advice. So often we ask, 'what is it I need to do to feel better'? We seek guidance, look for advice, read and learn. In reality, we all know what we need to do to make a difference to our lives. OK yes, sometimes we need help to implement or to gather precise knowledge, but the fundamental truth is we do know what we need to do. So ask yourself, honestly, what do I need to do. You probably already have an idea about what areas of your life need attention. Trust yourself. Take note of the ideas that come to you. Then believe you can make the change. Ask for specialised help where you need it. Ask for someone to join you or keep you accountable if it helps.

I'm here as a guide and a mentor. I’m here to support and encourage you. To help bring your awareness to your own knowing and to work with you to create plans for progress. I don't want to tell you what to do. I won't tell you to whether to take up swimming or running.. if I suggest exercise I will let you feel into the type that interests you.. you are more likely to stick with it, and develop, from this place.. remember, you know more than you think..and you know yourself better than anyone.

How I can help?

I offer support and encouragement as you embark on your journey. With full compassion and understanding that change takes time, it takes effort and that it’s easier to do it with support. Transforming your life is not a one and done. It is a process of ongoing development. During our initial consultation we will discuss where you are now and set intentions for where you want to go. We will assess the areas of your life and health that you would like to see improvement in and come up with a plan for making sustainable change.

I'm here as a guide, a mentor and an accountability partner. I don't want to dictate to you. I will guide you to check in with your own knowing of what is required. I'll take you through my core foundations for wellness and help you come up with a manageable plan. We will have on-going contact at regular intervals to share feedback, review and revise the plan as required. You can book an initial consultation (1hr) and from there we will engage in ongoing reviews (45 mins) at weekly, fortnightly or monthly intervals. Be assured that we can work at your own pace and fit around your schedule whilst setting achievable goals.
